LOOKING TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We have you covered. Email us at info@redfrogathletics.com with your order number and your request to return or exchange, and we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and guide you from there. 

WHEN CAN I RETURN?

Product quality and customer stoke are at the top of our priority list. If you are not completely satisfied with your Redfrog purchase, send it back! Please let us know if you would like to return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your Redfrog product. 

WHEN CAN I EXCHANGE?

While we do not offer direct exchanges we’d be happy to process a refund back to the original method of payment and you can place a new order whenever you're ready.
